GOOD OLD DAYS
Do you feel the distance?
Because I do
Have you had a glance?
Of those memories you couldn't undo
I had, and they dance
In my head, and they sing too
Those days were good when we were all together
We did bad things better
Clamours with each of our presence
With laugh that sank the silence
When we gathered, no absence
I miss it
Gathering in a small circle, on the field
We play, we never yield
Yes, we’re still good
Is it only me?
Who feels the difference
Or maybe it depends on the mood
But sometimes we have tolerance
Since the fallow situation we’re in is inevitable
To judge each other is inequitable
I know I remember each memory we made
And it doesn't fade
Those were good old days
love,
